Round Die Set Single Flange Mount (SDS) is the Imperial (inch), single length bearing version of this type of bearing. All standard, pre-assembled SDS assemblies include a straight bore housing and self-aligning bearings - allowing the bearing to self-align. The single, inch version is available in sizes from 1” to 2” with static load capacities up to 25,050 lbs (111,000 N).
Round Flange Mount Single Plain Bearing’s (SDS) are the Imperial (inch), single length bearing version of this type of bearing. This bearing also features our self-aligning bearing in a straight bore housing to help compensate for any misalignment in the application. The compensated running clearance provides more clearance between the inner diameter and shaft allowing the die set flange mount to perform like a linear ball bearing. The single inch, compensated version is offered in sizes from 1” to 2” with static load capacities up to 25,050 lbs (111,000 N).
With double the static load capacity of the single Die Set Flange Mounts, the Die Set Double Flange Mount is the double length version of this bearing. The Die Set Double Flange Mount is available in sizes from 1” to 2” with static load capacities up to 50,000 lbs (222,000 N).
