PBC Linear announces their patent pending Integral-V™ Technology (IVT) solution, the next generation of linear guides. Integral-V™ reduces mounting components, eliminates fasteners and lowers total installed costs while maintaining high precision tolerances (±0.001’’/0.025mm). With multiple sizes in a range of different configurations, Integral-V™ is a perfect fit for the following applications:

Integral-V™ uses hardened steel inserts directly embedded into aluminum structural frames. This eliminates bulky, time-consuming fasteners and tolerance stack-up. Precision machining of the rail is completed by PBC Linear’s proprietary SIMO™ process. SIMO™ concurrently mills out all critical sides of the extrusion in one pass, machining out all naturally occurring inaccuracies along the rail—bow, twist, camber and warp—that are typically and painstakingly corrected in the alignment process. The end product is the smooth and meticulously precise Integral-V™ linear guide.
