to announce its brand new line of linear actuators. With the reputation
for providing the most innovative solutions to the most difficult
applications, PBC has recently introduced the PL, MT, and MX series linear actuators.
While each of these series of actuators has their own strengths, all of
them provide reliable, long-lasting service and will help save on
production time and cost.
The PL™ series’ simple, precision
machined aluminum design allows for both easy installation in various
applications and long lasting durability. Its machined profile allows
for flushed mounting on both sides and the base for ease of
installation. The magnetic seal allows for the system to function from
the grungiest environments—food and beverage—to the most clean—medical
and pharmaceutical. Also, by eliminating the belt drive gear boxes
required by similar actuators, the PL series has a
lower overall system cost. With its pre-loaded ball bearing rollers
guided by the patent pending Integral V™ hardened steel raceways; the PL series creates the perfect solution for
smooth and quiet precision guidance.
The MT series actuator
provides the most options for the most applications, even horizontal and
vertical applications. This system also provides a longer stroke
length; which is a must for applications that require greater distance
between tasks. Magnetically sealed to keep contaminants out, the MT
series is an obvious candidate for working in the dingiest
environments, but it is also excellent in working in clean-room,
laboratory and other medical surroundings.
A heavy-duty system, the MX Series features large CAM rollers to carry high loads at greater speeds. With
rollers positioned on the exterior of the running surface, a greater
moment load capacity is achieved. These features allow for lower
production costs on the heaviest of system applications. The MX
series also has a long stroke length in order to accommodate tasks
that require movement over a further distance. With fast delivery and a
full team of Engineers to aid with technical assistance, the MX
Series is a great choice for your high load needs.
