In this quick how-to video, we examine the patented side-adjustable pre-load of our Redi-Rail® linear guide carriages. Other linear guide carriages require specialized tools and/or complete removal of machines before pre-load can be adjusted. Redi-Rail® linear guides use lightweight aluminum anodized rails integrated with hardened steel races for precise travel and durability. Their rollers are designed for high speed (10 m/s) and medium load (up to 5500 N) applications and have been applied across all industries; such as multi-axis positioning in robotic pill dispensing, automated vending kiosks and large format door guidance.
