Bolt-On Linear Guide Rails

Bolt-on Integral-V™ Technology (IVT) uses parallel linear V-Guides to adapt to any mounting surface for assured accuracy and precision.  Available in single and double-wide extrusions for enhanced load capacities with hardened steel raceways which are directly embedded unto the Integral-V Bolt-on rail to eliminate fasteners and reduce mounting components. The Bolt-on rail is SIMO® machined for precise mounting and alignment on all critical sides—ensuring dimensional and rail form accuracy. This allows the IVT carriages to roll smoothly, accurately and quietly along the rail. Available in three different configurations of Bolt-on Single Width and three configurations of Bolt-on Double Width, Bolt-on is a perfect choice for medium load material handling, machine-tool guidance and ergonomic design applications.

• Standard lengths available from 2435mm-3650mm (Consult factory for longer continuous length or joinable rails)
• SIMO® machined for precision qualified rail surfaces to within .050mm (.002")
• Hardened steel races eliminate fasteners and reduce mounting components by 40%
