Hevi-Rail® Clamp Flanges allow for simple and quick mounting of Hevi-Rail bearings. Hevi-Rail™ is PBC Linear’s solution for extreme high load capacities and industrial strength handling applications. An economical alternative to other products, Hevi-Rail is a heavy-duty linear bearing system that is cost effective for medium to low precision applications. The system is easy to mount, align and use and can be easily aligned using the low-carbon steel Hevi-Rail Flange Plate with the option for bearings pre-welded to plate. Special designs available upon request.
