Based on Simplicity technology, the Mini-Rail Plane Rail System’s effective two-piece design allows for fast installation and provides outstanding performance in demanding linear motion applications from semi-conductor wafer handling to packaging equipment.

The low cost Low Profile Mini-Rail LPM comes available in 4 different sizes and is the perfect solution for compact low friction motion in the medical, packaging, and automation industries.  Low Profile Mini-Rail LPM is composed of a molded polymer slider with stainless steel thread inserts and anodized aluminum rails.   The LPM is resistant to lubricants, fuels, dyes, and weak acids and can operate in temperatures ranging from (-35°C to +65°C). Industry standard interchangeable, the LPM series is a fool proof polymer slider.

Low Profile Uni-Guide is a new compact solution for oil-free and smooth linear motion while maintaining the proven advantages of the standard Uni-Guide.  Low-Profile Uni-Guide employs a simple two-piece construction with angled surfaces to prevent build up of particulates and chemicals to ensure optimum performance in wash down applications.

PBC Linear applied the proven Simplicity technology to a two-piece design to create the Uni-Guide.  The result is a unique assembly that eliminates tolerance stack up, dampens vibrations and shock loads, and can drop into existing applications making installation easy.

Modular Guide contains a proven self-lubricating polymer liner for smooth and quiet linear motion.  Flexible design allows for multiple configurations and unlimited design options.  Modular Guide works well in low cost automation, positioning tables, and gauging packaging equipment.

Simplicity™ square bearings and plugs offer the same characteristics of the standard round-way Simplicity™ bearings, but in a square package. The square bearings are available in 2-sided and 4-sided versions for options in adjustability.

PBC Linear has combined the Frelon material with precision bearing technology to create the Simplicity® linear plane bearing. Simplicity self lubricating plain bearings can move in linear, oscillating, rotary, or any combination of motions at speeds exceeding 4 m/s (165 in/s). Designed to handle loads 20 times greater than linear ball bearings, they will not catastrophically fail.
