Hevi-Rail® is PBC Linear’s solution for extreme high load capacities and industrial strength handling applications. Hevi-Rail is a heavy-duty linear bearing system that is cost effective for medium to low precision applications. The system is easy to mount, align and use! High radial and axial load capacities ensure a long and productive life under continuous use. This makes the Hevi-Rail® guide system a perfect solution for custom lift units, lift trucks, and heavy load applications in the aerospace, paper, steel and coil industries. The Hevi-Rail® system includes: combined bearings, profile rails, clamp flanges, and flange plates.

• Standard rail lengths up to 6m (19ft)
• Handles loads up to 60 tons
• Excels in temperatures from 10°C-80°C (14°-176°F)
• Fixed or Adjustable Side Axial bearings are provided
  
• Bearings can be provided individually or with a pre-welded flange plate

Hevi-Rail® – Eccentric Adjustable Axial Bearings are the solution for adjustable fit, heavy duty loads up to 60 tons. Hevi-Rail Bearings are available in fixed or adjustable configurations. The bearings are composed of hardened steel and use cylindrical rollers for maximum strength in heavy-duty applications.

Hevi-Rail® – Fixed Axial Bearings are the solution for low cost transfer and handling of heavy duty loads up to 60 tons. Hevi-Rail Bearings are available in fixed or adjustable configurations. The bearings are composed of hardened steel and use cylindrical rollers for maximum strength in heavy-duty applications. The Fixed Axial Bearings are self-aligning and reduce slop travel when used with an eccentric adjustable bearing on the complimentary side.

Hevi-Rail® Profile Rails are PBC Linear’s heavy-duty linear guide solution in high load applications. Composed of high quality steel, the profile rails can be machined in U or I channel designs to meet your application. Optional sand blasted or lightly oiled treatments are available upon request. Hevi-Rail Profile Rails are designed to be tough, and support loads up to 60 tons!
