Hevi-Rail® – Fixed Axial Bearings are the solution for low cost transfer and handling of heavy duty loads up to 60 tons. Hevi-Rail Bearings are available in fixed or adjustable configurations. The bearings are composed of hardened steel and use cylindrical rollers for maximum strength in heavy-duty applications. The Fixed Axial Bearings are self-aligning and reduce slop travel when used with an eccentric adjustable bearing on the complimentary side. The bearing components are designed to be industry interchangeable for quick installation. Hevi-Rail Fixed Axial Bearings work to provide even dispersion of forces in the linear guide system’s profile rails for longer system life and stability.
