IVTAAT Modular Bolt-on offers increased variability in rail configuration. Composed of a precision machined aluminum anodized rail with hardened embedded steel races, the IVTAAT Modular Bolt-on linear guide is lightweight without sacrificing strength. This allows the linear guide system to easily handle high contact loads. The embedded steel races also work to eliminate fasteners and reduce mounting components. The rail is SIMO® machined for precise mounting and alignment on all critical sides—ensuring dimensional and rail form accuracy. IVTAAT Modular Bolt-on installs right into existing structural framing and is perfect for confined space linear motion applications; such as machinery door guidance, patient adjustment tables and small to medium format door frames.
- Standard lengths up to 3650mm (Consult factory for longer continuous length)
- Bolts onto existing structural framing
- SIMO® machined for precision qualified rail surfaces
- High speed capacity 12 m/s (472 in/s) using IVT V-Guide size 3 wheel/stud for easy carriage integration to rail
- "Roll-In" style t-nuts are available to allow quick installation into extruded aluminum structural framework
