P (Inch) Closed PTFE coated self-lubricating pillow blocks

PBC Linear combines a standard Simplicity® Linear Plane Bearing with a patented Self Aligning housing to create a Pillow Block. This is the Imperial (Inch), closed, single length version of the bearing. The closed bearing design allows for a lower cost installation by using end supported shafts. It is most commonly found in North America. Additional features and benefits include:

ID sizes range from 1/4” to 2”
Static Load Capacities up to 25,000 lb (111,000 N)
Self Lubricating for oil free operation
Standard Shell Material is Aluminum. Stainless Steel bearing shells and housings available
Frelon Gold bearing liner standard. Frelon J and Frelon W optional
Seal options in nitrile rubber, urethane, and viton from ½” ID and up
External lubrication feature is an added option
Wide Temperature Range: -400F/+400F (-240C/+204C)
Vibration Dampening
Machine to tighter tolerances than industry standards (better accuracy)
Size Interchangeable with Industry standards
Custom modifications available – contact an Application Engineer for details
