PBC’s V-Guide rails have hardened raceways that are ground and polished for smooth travel, and available in four sizes corresponding to the appropriate V-Guide wheels. The body of the rail is left unhardened for easier drilling (or tapping) of mounting holes and other assembly features
- The shouldered rail offers simple mounting and alignment
- Induction hardened V-Guide raceway rail body is left soft for easy machine ability
- Available in lengths up to 6m (19ft) and are easily end joinable for longer stroke
- Offered in either 1045 carbon steel or 420 stainless steel material
- Pre-drilled and un-drilled rails are available from stock
