Customers should be extremely cautious if they are contacted by someone who appears to be a PBC Linear employee advising them to change wire transfer/bank account information. All bank account information will be posted to this site, and any instructions received via email, postal mail or fax can be verified by matching it to the instructions here. If a legitimate bank account change email is sent, that email will ask you to verify the data by coming to this website.

Help Fight Fraud

If you receive a request from someone and it does NOT match the information posted here, please follow your company’s policies and then report this email to your company’s IT department as an attempted phishing email. If your company allows it, please send the suspicious email to: ReportFraud@pbclinear.com

In order for our IT team to investigate the fraud and determine a point of origin, it is very important to view the headers which are part of the message, as well as the message itself.  To do this, it is easiest if you can attach the original email to your reporting email.

If you need to know how to attach an email to another email, please use these help files:

  • If you use Outlook: (1) Forward the original email to the address above. (2) Open the draft email in a new window. (3) In the Outlook window, left-click and drag the suspicious email to the new message [this will copy and attach the original email]
  • If you use Outlook (web), go to the support page titled "Add an attachment in Outlook Web App" 
  • If you use Gmail, go to the help center page titled "Send emails as attachments"
