Cobots are collaborative robots that work side-by-side with the human workforce to safely achieve greater output efficiency and quality. The Elfin 5 Cobot is the middle size of the three offerings of collaborative robots. It is lightweight and adaptable, and able to tackle medium-duty applications.

All our cobots employ six joints for ±360º of smooth motion, allowing them to twist and turn to fit many different task configurations. They can be applied to a variety of industry applications including assembly, pickup, welding, grinding, painting, and more.

Safer Work

With Elfin Cobots, there is no need to pay extra for expensive safety accessories that are normally required for traditional robots. Built-in sensors interact with servo motors, allowing them to perform immediate and protective stops when encountering resistance. This high collaborative performance ensures safety among co-workers and avoids damage to parts and production equipment.

Flexible Deployment

Elfin robots can be mounted at any angle and installed anywhere to minimize impact on production lines. Redeployment can be attained in very little time, making it suitable for small batch runs and customized and short-cycle production. This makes it the best choice for automation transformation.

Easy Operation

Unlike some other comparable machines, our cobots have a set of control buttons on the tool end affector that allows operators to teach a point by simply pressing a button and then moving the cobot to the desired position. All of this can be done without a bulky pendant, allowing for more control during the programming stage. Engineers can also program more sophisticated functions, like executing an open and close door function, or even write a macro for the cobot.

Fast, Stable Ether CAT Bus Communication

The controller and robot joint utilize industrial Ether CAT communication, which enables the system to have excellent control performance and strong anti-interference ability.
