High speed, enduring linear motion
The linear ball bearing pillow blocks are composed of an aluminum alloy housing with a bearing insert rated for temperatures of -4°F/ 176°F (-20°C/ 80°C). Our pillow blocks are self-aligning and interchangeable with industry standard ball bearing pillow blocks. PBC Linear ball bearing pillow blocks offer excellent rigidity while providing smooth, quiet operation.
PBC Linear standard pillow blocks have built-in self-alignment in all directions to compensate for shaft deflection and misalignment. Bearings with straight outer diameters are used to supply ½° self-alignment in all directions. Rigid or straight bore housings are also available for applications which demand more rigidity.

The closed bearing configuration enables cost-effective installation through the utilization of end-supported shafts. This version also has built in grease zerk fittings for easy relubrication.
